Saison fermented and aged over 18 months in a large format French oak wine barrel on
Riesling lees from our cuvee 'Pollen'. Late during hop harvest 2025 Fleur de Lie was fresh
hopped with a healthy dose of sticky Nelson Sauvin fresh hops straight from the bine. Aged
further on hop for one month before finally conditioning in can and keg.
