Predominantly bottled with a heavier cask influences, this GlenAllachie is wonderfully atypical, selected by Cadenhead from American oak ex-bourbon barrels. A nutty and fragrant opening of sandalwood and walnut moves to creme brulee and gorse flower. The palate is sweet and fruity, with kiwifruit and white grapes, finishing on cinnamon spice.
