Easy palate, liquorice allsorts, lively, bitter leather notes but caramel too. Sweet finish, sugar water, bitter oak, bourbon, pepper, green bananas, oily soap, short/medium length.;RWS/DMM;;A recognisable sherry character and subtle smokiness.
