This organic Pinot Gris is made from grapes grown in Bendigo, Pisa and Gibbston and is a dry, medium bodied white from Peregrine - one of the earliest wineries in Central Otago's modern winemaking scene.

It drinks well now and can age for up to a decade, thanks to its cool southern acidity, which adds freshness and acts as a preservative in this wine.
