Weizenbocks are a style of strong German wheat beer that can vary in colour from golden to dark brown depending on the malts used. For our first Weizenbock, we went with a pale version. You can imagine it as a supercharged version of our Hefeweizen. Born Too Late was inspired by the pale Weizenbock brewed by the oldest continually operating brewery in the world and arguably the finest wheat beer producer. It has the banana and clove notes from the yeast, supported by malt sweetness. Hazy in appearance and pouring with a delicious creamy head of foam.
