Sprig & Fern Brewery Hop Flake Hazy Motueka 440ml

Sprig & Fern Brewery Hop Flake Hazy Motueka 440ml

Revolutionary isn’t a word we throw around very often, but after brewing with this incredible new product – pure hop oil, dehydrated into a fully water dispersible and full-flavoured hop flake – we have to wonder if this is the start of something special. We’re so impressed with this world-first hop product that we’ve backed it up with two brews of Hop Flake Hazy, each showcasing a single hop flake variety.

Hop Flake Hazy with Motueka™ showcases the incredible, bright flavours of lemon, lime, and orange peel, with hints of juicy mango and a light floral note, while Hop Flake Hazy with Nelson Sauvin™ brings a bold smorgasbord of mixed fruits – think white grapes, ripe pear, passionfruit, and gooseberries. Pillowy on the palate, both brews finish with a distinctly sweet, resinous note.

We’d recommend sampling the single varietals side-by-side to start, and experimenting with a blend to find your own flavour and aroma sweet spot.
