The Scottish distillery's delicate whiskey first rested in former bourbon barrels and was then refined in wine barrels that were previously filled with the finest Sauvignon Blanc.

- Palate : versatile aromas of various citrus fruits, freshly baked apple pie, warming ginger and a pinch of cinnamon
